In 2004 JSC “Energy Invest” was set up by Russian and Georgian business groups.

In 2005 JSC “ Energy Invest” purchased Rustavi’s Nitrogen factory .

In January 2006 JSC “ Energy Invest” has completed construction of Gardabani Gas Turbine Power station.
